Our Story
We began in Houston, when our founder styled friends in her mother’s living room—braids, presses, and a lot of heart. That spirit grew into House of Belle: The Parlor for services, Maison Belle for VIP quiet luxury, The Belle Apothecary for our own products, and The Atelier for learning under Belle Academy. Today we blend Southern tradition with modern innovation to create a welcoming sanctuary where every crown is seen, cared for, and celebrated.

With extensive experience in protective styling, business, and beauty entrepreneurship, LaPorsha leads House of Belle with a vision to educate, empower, and elevate the next generation of hairstylists. She has mastered the art of textured haircare, from intricate braiding techniques to product formulation, and is passionate about creating a space where both stylists and clients feel valued and inspired.
